Minimum Cancellation is 4 hours before puck drop. This will allow players with long distance travel to be advised as well as officials.
Cancellation should come from the travelling team.
Both teams need to be in agreement of the change. If both teams cannot agree, then the league will make the final decision.
Once both teams agree, the HOME team must advise the league convenor of the cancellation. An email including details of the game including game number, home and visiting team.
Home team is responsible for notifying Officials as well as their own Association President and ice allocator.
An alternate date can be arranged with the cancellation.
If an alternate date cannot be arranged the day of the cancellation, the teams will have 72 hours to agree on a new date/time/location or the league convenors will step in to help mediate.
Game officials need to be confirmed once a new date has been agreed upon by the teams and league convenor.
